welcome to
You’ve put in the work. You’ve built something you’re proud of. Your clients trust you because you know your stuff.
And now? You’re ready for YOUR version of success, not because you can’t do it alone, but because you shouldn’t have to. You know that real growth doesn’t come from doing everything yourself, it comes from having the right support, the right systems, and the space to focus on what you do best.
Oh hey! You found it, that's us.
WHO WE ARE
Instead of piecing together a handful of hires to keep things running, we've got you covered. From strategy to implementation, we provide the people and expertise you need to streamline your business and lead with confidence and clarity.
- all while giving you more time in your day-to-day life via high-touch automations (they won’t even know that’s automated) and responsive operational systems made for any stage of business.
i'm claire french
and I partner with thought leaders, founders, and creatives, just like you, to help get you out of the backend and back into business.
Hey there!
health & vitality
After 7+ years in the corporate realm, I'm overly familiar with burnout and working toward someone else's big vision—it drains creativity, stifles growth, and turns something you once loved into something that feels like a never-ending hustle. That’s not success. And we’re not here to help you just survive—we’re here to help you build a business that sustains you, not the other way around.
At Claire Elizabeth Co, we create systems that support balance, ease, and longevity so you’re not running on empty while trying to run a business.

A healthy, thriving business starts with a healthy, thriving founder.
These aren’t just values, they’re the foundation. Because how we operate matters just as much as what we deliver.
intention & integrity
grit & sustainability
subjective success
At Claire Elizabeth Co, we don’t believe in systems just for the sake of systems, or scaling just for the sake of growth. Every strategy, every process, and every decision we make has an intentional purpose.
Intention means we build businesses that feel good to run, with systems that actually support the way you work best. Integrity means we do things the right way, not just the fastest way. We care about your business as if it were our own, and we don’t cut corners or offer cookie-cutter solutions.

We believe in doing the work, making the hard but necessary decisions, and staying committed to the bigger picture. We’re not here for quick wins or overnight success stories.
Grit means we don’t shy away from challenges. We embrace the messy middle, problem-solve with strategy and heart, and keep pushing forward. Sustainability means creating a business that works for you—not one that drains you. We help you set up systems, automations, and structures that support long-term growth.

Not what society or social media tells you it should look like.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all version of success. It’s not just about hitting revenue goals or scaling to the next level (unless that’s what you want). It’s about building a business that aligns with your values, your lifestyle, and what actually feels good to you.
For some, success means working 4-hour days and having the freedom to travel. For others, it’s about scaling a powerhouse team and making a massive industry impact. Neither is wrong—the only thing that matters is that it’s yours.

Mission
Through people-first operations, strategic systems, and intentional leadership support, we create the clarity, structure, and space needed for sustainable growth. Because we believe businesses should feel as good to run as they look on paper.
"CLAIRE'S TEAM HAS HELPED ME TIGHTEN UP MY SYSTEMS IN A WAY THAT TRULY LETS ME LIVE IN MY ZONE OF GENIUS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
She's helped me stop being the bottleneck in my business so I can really grow and expand in the way I know I'm meant to and not spend my time on things I 1) am not great at and 2) don't need to learn! It's been such a breath of fresh air to have someone who gets this industry and believes in my mission who's along for the ride and wants quality work to get done!
MEGAN YELANEY
"Claire was very easy to work with. On top of that, she was friendly and attentive
She was also willing to go any extra step to make sure I was comfortable with the learning process while she helped build out my business backend. She even does short ‘how to’ videos on how to navigate and use everything which is a great learning tool to have, I wanted more organization and systems in my growing business but didn’t have time to put my focus there and Claire did that for me.
