I'm Claire

Before hiring Claire, I was extremely nervous! I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to trust and hand off so many responsibilities to another person. I was worried onboarding and teaching someone else how we do things would be hard. Delegating and hiring can be risky!

But! I always feel supported. She's quick to respond, quick to get things done, and also happy to go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly!

She is also confident to take on all the major business tasks / admin work / managing team tasks so I can stay in my own zone of genuis!
